The University of Alabama Capstone College of Nursing Alumni Association (UACCNAA) is the official alumni support organization of the Capstone College of Nursing.
Composed of alumni and friends, the UACCNAA’s general purposes include increasing understanding, appreciation, and support for the goals, programs, and activities of the College. The Association is governed by a Board of Directors. The UACCNAA, founded in 1983, provides a mechanism for alumni to stay connected. UACCNAA publishes the Capsule, an annual magazine for Association members to keep them abreast of current events within the College.
The Capstone College of Nursing invites all alumni, faculty, and friends of the College to become a partner for progress with the College by giving to the University of Alabama Capstone College of Nursing Alumni Association. Contributions enable the College to achieve and excel.

Annual giving is one way that alumni can demonstrate their commitment and appreciation to the University and the College for the education they received. UACCNAA has supported the college through providing additional funds for scholarships and student activities, engaging alumni, and increasing the financial base that allows the College to participate in activities beyond day-to-day operations.
